Due to the nature of concrete there is very little that can go wrong with it as long as it's properly cared for. For this reason Campania does not offer a warranty for their products. Our 15+ years of experience has shown that Campania's products are more than capable of withstanding the test of time. These products are designed to last well over 40 years, and will as long as proper care is provided for them.

NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process. Any cast stone item with a patina finish will weather naturally in an outdoor environment. Because each patina is hand applied in a multi-step process and the product is photographed in natural settings, actual colors may vary.

Small items will be shipped through USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground, with free shipping.
Larger items, (typically products over 100lbs) will ship freight with Curbside Service (LTL Carrier). The delivery company will not unpackage and/or relocate your order once off the truck. Please make sure to have any kind of assistance needed at time of delivery if you feel necessary. Please Note: The delivery company will call to arrange a delivery time with you prior to arrival. Customers must be available to sign for the shipment at time of delivery.
3) Since our water fountains are made to order and lead times will vary. Please reach out for the current lead time on the product you are interested in. We can sometimes help you find an alternative that can ship sooner (or help speed up the process) to meet any time demands on your water feature.
4) If your water fountain has an extra large base/pool/pond, a forklift is sometimes required for delivery as the base will be too big for the carrier's lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to your water fountain delivery. NOTE: Although most water fountains DO NOT require a forklift because they can fit on a lift gate, we will notify you prior to shipping if your fountain requires a fork lift.
Although durable, protecting cast stone water fountains during winter is crucial to prevent damage from the freeze-thaw cycle that can occur in most states. Moisture trapped in water fountains can expand when frozen, leading to deterioration and cracks. For smaller outdoor fountains we highly recommend storing them indoors or in covered areas during freezing months. For larger outdoor fountains we recommend thoroughly drying and covering them with a waterproof cover. Regular maintenance and care can significantly extend the life of these decorative items..

what is the warranty and what is this made of>
This fountain is made of glass fiber reinforced concrete. The manufacturer of this product does not provide a warranty, but they do stand by their products. So, if there is an issue with the manufacturing of the product, we would work with you and the manufacturer to resolve it.

where is the recirculating pump located? thank you.
The recirculating pump will sit submerged under water in the basin/trough of this fountain. There will be a pump cover piece that will keep the pump hidden from view.

Can you please send an image of the back of the fountain?
Sadly, we don't have an image of the back of this fountian. Please note the back will be unfinished as it is meant to go up against a wall.

Is this fully assembled? If not how many boxes will it be shipped in?
This fountain comes in one piece but there is assembly required for the pump and the copper spouts.

Is this available with LED lighting in the basin?
